we start to observe a vegan or vegetarian & mostly raw diet 7 days before the course begins

• coffee, alcohol, tea, chocolate, spices

1st day
• we arrive at the class with a stomach that is not too full to have a chance to get right into the breathing and physical practices
• we have a light dinner to encourage total conscious rest

2nd & 3rd day
• we arrive at the morning course fasting of solid food & coffee / tea
• we arrive at the morning course drinking hot water & lemon
• mid-morning snack of nuts & fruit
• we eat lunch solid & conscious
• we have a light dinner to promote total conscious rest

    throughout the course we do prompt you to read through certain sections of the books to help you with your learning but it is not necessary for you to read all of the books beforehand
