there are many ways to eat consciously and healthily
yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy, but be sure to let your instructor know you are pregnant
be sure to avoid twists, inversions, pranayama, any abdominal-strengthening poses, and lying on your stomach
remember, balancing poses can get more difficult as you progress through your pregnancy, so use the wall or blocks to keep your balance and stay in the pose longer
make sure you drink plenty of water and take bathroom breaks when necessary
traditionally singing is part of yoga practice, obviously you are not obliged to sing, yoga is free of judgment and competition and should never make us feel uncomfortable
let's keep an open mind because singing is an excellent tool for purifying and therefore relaxing the mind and the body

it is a good idea to come to class hydrated and drink lots of water after the yoga class
try not to eat a full meal at least three hours before class
sporty, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement
bring water or infusion to keep yourself hydrated, a yoga mat a couple of bricks but above all the heart
we always advise you to arrive at least 10 minutes before the lesson to change, take a seat in the room and relax
